The current tenants decided to honour their home's history with this mural, in which a black and white photo of the front of the house is depicted with green seedlings and blooming vegetables. In the early 1900's one of the inhabitants of this house founded Sunnyside Greenhouses, who planted and nurtured the backyard greenery and trees now seen standing tall over a hundred years later.
Seemingly small things, such as this community mural initiative, can grow to become great with time and dedication.
